Last month Katie had the coolest opportunity to go to Washington D.C. with the Arizona Electric Coop Youth Tour. She was selected out of several Gila Valley students who competed in an essay/interview competition. WOW! She's so great! Here she is on the Capital steps with the other two Gila Valley delegates. Nathan Wright from Thatcher, and the awesome Shay Sanders from Ft. Thomas! Katie had a great time, and will remember this trip the rest of her life.

Katie in the Capital!
