Jessica's Temple Day

We had a wonderful day at the Temple with Jessica last week. She has looked forward to receiving her own endowment for a long time. It was a neat blessing to have the Temple in Rexburg close to the campus, where she could attend every week and now that she is heading off for an adventure in Taiwan it will be good to have those extra blessings the endowment brings.

She had specifically wanted a quiet day with just her mom and dad --- it was nice to have her be able to really concentrate and take in all she could the first time through.

The workers at the Bountiful Temple were so great to us. As she was receiving instruction from the assistant matron I was sure missing mom and wishing we could have been in the Gila Valley Temple for this special day - but the ordinances are the same, and the instruction was sincere and right in the beautiful Bountiful Temple.

Jessica is off to Arizona for the week and looking forward to attending the Snowflake Temple with the Shumway grandparents and then the Gila Valley Temple with the Crocketts. When she returns to Elko she is making a quick trip to Rexburg to attend that Temple again -- this time to do an endowment session! What a great thing for her to be able to get to so many temples in just a short time...
